We recommend to use materials with a thickness of about 3mm, such as PP corrugated plate or foam board. We use a 3mm foam board in this demonstration.

2. Template: Print the template on a letter-size sticker/sheet and paste it on the plate.

3. Variable angle module:  Adjust the variable angle module to 22 ° and 30 °.

4. Adjust the Perfect Cut blade's cutting depthAdjust the blade's cutting depth according to the thickness of the material. Place the tip of the blade slightly deeper down than the material.

5. 45 ° module (optional, for engraved pattern):

(Try to figure out 'how' by carefully walking through the template first, and come back to the following instructions if you have doubt.)

1. The Engraving Pattern (optional):

Use the 45 ° module to cut off your favorite pattern along with the gray frame. You can also refer to the arc pattern drawn on the template in advance, and use the 45 ° module to cut out the gray area.

2. Cutting off the Components

Align the arrows on the ruler with the arrows on the triangle border on the template.

Use variable angle modules to cut the components:

Sides of the bottom piece at 30 °

Side Pieces, the upper and lower sides at 30 °

Side Pieces, the left and right sides at 22 °.

Tips: cut all 22 ° edges (blue line) first, the cutting process will be relatively smooth.

The arrow of the ruler is aligned with the arrow on the template, with the angle number facing towards yourself.

3. Assembling

Attach the shorter sides of the seven side pieces to the heptagonal surface, with the shorter yellow edges of the side pieces attaching to the yellow side of the seven-sided surface.

Use adhesive tape, double-sided tape or glue to stick them together.

And finally, the Perfect Bowl is done! Hooray!
